Born and raised in Newark, Delaware, Brian made his way to Charleston in 2016 via Atlanta, Georgia. Having spent time working in James Beard restaurants across the south, he enjoys spending the weekends in the kitchen with his wife Rachael. He enjoys the beach, surfing, and being outdoors. He loves spending time with his two cats, Murf and Otis.
