Once we've confirmed it's a good fit, we'll direct you to our website to create your account and book your visits. After you've submitted your request, we'll confirm availability and lock everything in. Many Charleston hotels require a professional pet care service when dogs are left in rooms, and we're the solution.
Not at all. You can arrange access through your hotel concierge or leave your room key at the front desk for us. That said, many of our guests choose to be there to introduce their dog and meet our team member in person. It's a wonderful way to feel completely confident about your pup's care while you're out enjoying Charleston. Either way works perfectly for us.
Each visit is tailored to what your dog needs. We provide potty breaks and walks, playtime and companionship, feeding or medications if needed, and genuine one-on-one attention. Your dog stays happy, calm, and settled while you enjoy your time in the city. You'll receive a detailed journal with photos and notes after every visit so you're always in the loop.
We're available throughout the day and evening, fitting seamlessly into whatever your Charleston itinerary looks like, whether you're enjoying a spa treatment, exploring the city, or savoring one of Charleston's world-class restaurants.
