Traveling with your pup should be fun and stress-free! If you’re staying at one of Charleston’s many dog-friendly hotels, our Hotel Dog Walking service is the perfect way to make sure your furry best friend is cared for while you’re out exploring the city, enjoying a great meal, or catching a show.
Hotel room access is easy. You can hand your room key directly to your sitter or arrange to leave it with the front desk or concierge for us to pick up.
Many hotels require that pets not be left alone in the room—or maybe you just want peace of mind knowing your dog is getting love and attention while you’re away. That’s where we come in!

Hotel Dog Walking FAQs
Getting started is easy. Create an account online and submit your visit request with the dates and times you need care. From there, we’ll confirm availability and connect with you to make sure we understand your dog’s routine and exactly what you need while you’re away.
Whether you’re heading out to dinner, attending an event, or spending the day exploring Charleston, we’ll make sure your dog is happily cared for while you enjoy your plans.
Not necessarily. You can hand your room key directly to your sitter before you head out or arrange to leave a key with the hotel’s front desk or concierge for us to pick up.
If you’d prefer to meet your sitter and introduce your dog before leaving, you’re welcome to do that too. We’ll use whichever option works best for you and your hotel.
Hotel visits are completely customized around your dog and your plans. We can take them out for a walk or potty break, spend time playing, provide meals or medications as needed, or simply stay with them in the room for companionship while you’re away.
You can also schedule extended care if you’d rather your dog not spend several hours alone in an unfamiliar hotel room. Whether you need us for an hour or several, our goal is to keep your dog comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for while you enjoy your time in Charleston.
Afterward, you’ll receive a detailed journal with notes and photos so you can see exactly how their time with us went.
We provide hotel dog care between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. If you know your plans in advance, we recommend reaching out early, especially if you need several hours of care.
But last-minute requests are welcome, too. We know plans can change once you arrive in Charleston, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate same-day or short-notice requests when we have availability. For last-minute care, call us directly at 843-580-2212.
Hotel visits are booked and billed in one-hour increments, with a one-hour minimum. You can schedule as many hours as you need, based on availability.
