Mallory has lived in Charleston since 2013 with her husband, spunky Springer Spaniel, Indy, and rescue pup, Anna. Before moving to the lowcountry, she spent five years in DC working as an online fundraiser for a non-profit working to ending hunger. These days, as the owner of Charleston Dog Walker, her time is spent enjoying the sun with furry friends! She loves trying all of Charleston’s amazing food, taking family trips to the dog park, and relaxing with a cup of tea and a good book!
Having moved all over the East coast, Hope claims Charleston as her home. Hope is an avid pet lover and she attended Clemson University for Animal and Veterinary Sciences, graduating in 2011. She married her high school sweetheart and has two beautiful daughters, Emily and Elsey and two dogs; Leyla, a black lab mix, and Tillman, a purebred Dalmatian. In her free time, Hope thoroughly enjoys painting, crafting, and interior design.
Lauren grew up in Columbia, SC where she went to the University of South Carolina, and she is thrilled to now be in Charleston. She has always had pets growing up. Lauren currently has two fur babies named Rocky, who is a 9-year-old rescue Chihuahua mix, and Lola, who is 3 years old and is a Chihuahua/Daschaund/Yorkie mix and only weighs 2 pounds. She also has a guinea pig named Houdini who is 1 years old and one of the sweetest pigs you’ll ever meet! Lauren is currently getting certified as a Veterinary Technician in the state of South Carolina.
Cathy grew up on the Isle of Palms. After living in the upstate of South Carolina and Louisville, Kentucky for several years, she moved back home to the lowcountry in 1993. Now she lives on James Island with her Old English Sheepdog, Basil, and three cats. During her free time Cathy enjoys singing, reading, playing the oboe, and knitting.
Cynthia grew up in Charleston and is a recent graduate of Coastal Carolina. She has always been an animal lover and is especially fond of dogs and grew up with a lab and a jack russell. Cynthia currently splits her time between Charleston and Wadmalaw Island and cares for a blue heeler named Otis (age 13) and a jack russell named Milee (age 5). Outside of work, Cynthia loves to spend time outdoors, stay active through pilates/yoga/classes, and spend time with family and friends.
Jaqueline is from Columbia, SC and has been living in Charleston since 2015. She lives downtown with her furry friends, Chief, a giant friendly cat, and Sadie, a loving yellow lab. She has been an animal lover all of her life and is excited to share that passion with Charleston Dog Walker. Jaqueline is currently studying graphic design at The Arts Institute. In her spare time, she enjoys going on bike rides, kayaking, and drawing.
Megan is from Hilton Head Island, SC and moved to Charleston in 2012 to attend the College of Charleston. After graduating in 2016, she decided to call Charleston home and currently resides on James Island. She is a lifelong lover of all animals and grew up with pets of every variety. Currently, she has a cat, Sire, and also hopes to add a dog to her fur baby family soon! During her free time, she enjoys hanging out at the local parks, dancing, and photography.
Carol is a New York transplant who moved to Charleston in 2005 after visiting for a week’s vacation in 2004 and falling in love with the local beaches. She graduated college in New York with a B.S. in Paralegal Studies and has worked in the legal field for the past 20 years. She currently lives on James Island with her two rescue dogs, Jerry, a super chill german shepherd mix, and Heidi, a spunky cocker spaniel. In her spare time she enjoys volunteering in the theater and relaxing with her friends.
Hunter moved from D.C. to Charleston in 2015 with her husband. Since then they have rescued 2 cats and a Jack Russell mix. Hunter has always spent her extra time volunteering at animal shelters and fostering dogs. She has a huge soft spot for animals. If she had more land she would adopt more dogs in a heartbeat. Hunter spends her free time sailing and cuddling with her fur babies. One day she would love to open a dog rescue of her own.
